Today
been creating Powerpoints using the wiki printout booklets i did before college broke up for half term.
im learning a lot, also been suing my notes & the images PHod gave me from class, which i am eternally grateful for.
made some for each class, which will be going into my contextual file as well as in the individual class files
liking the use of powerpoint for consistency & putting things in a visual logical order.

Contextual Artist Link - Hannah Hoch
for years & years i've had a black & white photocopy of this image on my bedroom wall, today i looked a little closer & discovered the artist name has been there all along.
She was around during DADA, I could have used her as part of last years Poster Project since my designated ERA was 1910-1919, I didn't even look into DADA, i wasn't aware of it as a movement, only knew it by name, i had no idea whatsoever that she was around then, hell, i only found out the sequential order of movements etc from the TATE artist timeline (Sara Fanelli) up on the notice board in the room we regularly used for history.
I have actual interest in history this year, I suppose its more the passion of my tutor & the way he guides us.

Contextual Art Link - POP ART, The Independent Group
already printed off an A5 9 page booklet from wiki about POP ART.
Highlighting it has made me look closer into mentionable things like The Independent Group
need to print following link as booklet: http: //en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Independent_Group
external link 2 on wiki "the independent group - fathers [& mothers] of pop 1990": http://www.artdesigncafe.com/The-Independent-Group-ICA-London-IG-library-1990
Eduardo Paulozzi - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eduardo_Paolozzi
'BUNK!' collection of 10 collages
also this one since there appears to be some discrepency aout when Paolozzi gave the lecture with the series of collages...
& have started a ppt (powerpoint presentation) as i find it easiest to present it that way in a logical order.
